 Tenant to reimburse Landlord monthly for utilities Landlord pays. This is an additional rent payment of $85 per month. This pays all utilities (except cable and internet) This fee includes electric, heat, garbage, water and sewer. Meters are not separate for building so this necessitates this reimbursement.  WiFi internet is currently available from a group of Tenants for a small monthly fee. Total rent will be $680 per month.

 $50 application fee for credit, reference and background check. Screening is done by Bemrose consulting.  Attached to application on website www.thesylvianw23rd are the screening criteria.

 Deposit of $600 is refundable upon vacating at lease end except for key exchange, cleaning, repairs, paint or any other charges open at time to vacate. See City of Portland Fair rules on Website. Fair rules were put in place March 1 2020 by the city council and mayor of Portland and have added very strict rules for the application process.
