Unbelievable unit, huge new windows, high ceilings, newer pergo floors, High ceilings, big windows with lots of sunlight and view. Only one shared wall with another unit. Large studio with living, private kitchen and newer refrigerator and gas range. Not cut-up design easy to furnish and live in. Great views with plenty of light. Walk in closet, Share bath ( tub/shower and toilet are separate rooms) with other three Tenants.
Common areas and bathrooms are professionally cleaned weekly (Tuesday) and sprayed for all viruses including Covid 19 on Fridays.
Owner managed hot unit in vintage small twelve ( 12 ) plex.
Single room occupancy only (SRO) due to shared bath facilities and shared utilties (Overnight guests are limited).
100 feet from the cable car above NW 23rd avenue on a tree lined street with a mixture of homes and few apartments. Within a block of restaurants, salons, coffee, medical, grocery, banks and stores. Go out two blocks and you can shop and play all day.
There are outside bike racks and coin operated laundry.
One year Lease please. Timing on move in could be as early as early April 1, 2020 and is very flexible.
Landlord pays all utilties ( except internet and cable, wireless internet ran by Tenants for a fee) These include heat gas electric, garbage, sewer and water. Tenant to reimburse Landlord monthly for these utilties of $100 per month. This is in addition to the rent of $725 so total rent monthly is $825. Meters are not separate at this building necessitating the charge. There may be a utilities actual cost bill back in the future.

Deposit of $400 is refundable upon vacating at lease end except for key exchange, cleaning, repairs, paint or any other charges open at time to vacate. See City of Portland Fair rules on Website. Fair rules were put in place March 1 2020 by the city council and mayor of Portland and have added very strict rules for the application process.
See FAIR rules there is a 72 hour waiting period when I advertise to the public via ad that I can not answer telephone phone calls or take applications.
