  • Go out two blocks and you can shop and play all day.

  • There are bike racks and coin op laundry. The front building door is secured access.

Landlord pays all utilities except cable/internet (wireless internet ran by tenants may be available). These include heat, gas, electric, garbage, sewer and water. Tenant pays for an additional rent of $100 per month. This is in addition to the rent of $795 for a total rent of $895 monthly. Meters are not separate for building necessitating this charge.
